\/>\nIn unserer Praxis f\u00fchren wir kleine oder auch gr\u00f6\u00dfere chirurgische Eingriffe, ambulant durch. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich haben Sie dabei die Sicherheit, mit modernsten Operationsverfahren und Nahttechniken behandelt zu werden\u2013 nicht zuletzt auch, um \u00e4sthetisch optimale Resultate zu erzielen. Die Eingriffe werden schmerzfrei in \u00f6rtlicher Bet\u00e4ubung durchgef\u00fchrt. Und anschlie\u00dfend k\u00f6nnen Sie sofort wieder nach Hause gehen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Anwendungsbereiche<\/strong><br \/>\nUnser Kerngebiet sind operative Eingriffe an der Haut. Darunter die Entfernung von b\u00f6s- oder gutartigen Ver\u00e4nderungen der Haut bzw. deren Vorstufen (z.B. Melanome, Spinozellul\u00e4re Karzinome, Basalzellenkarzinome\u2013 oder auch Fibrome, Warzen, Zysten etc.). Weitere h\u00e4ufige Anwendungsbereiche f\u00fcr ambulante Operationen sind unter anderem das Entfernen von Muttermalen oder Pigment- bzw. Leberflecken (Naevi), Narbenresektionen und Narbenkorrekturen, eingewachsene N\u00e4gel und diagnostische Biopsien (Gewebeentnahmen) bei unklaren Hautver\u00e4nderungen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen kosmetischer Indikationen f\u00fchren wir medizinische Faltenbehandlungen und Unterspritzungen durch. Au\u00dferdem Schwei\u00dfdr\u00fcsenabsaugungen, die Entfernung von Fettgeschw\u00fclsten, Oberarmstraffungen und dauerhafte Haarentfernungen mittels Laserbehandlung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Methoden<\/strong><br \/>\nIn unserer Praxis kommen sowohl die klassischen chirurgischen Anwendungen in Form von Eingriffe mit Skalpell, als auch Laserger\u00e4ten, Vereisungen (Kryochirurgie) und elektrochirurgische Verfahren zu Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Vorbereitung<\/strong><br \/>\nAuch vor jeder kleineren ambulanten Operation steht bei uns immer eine gr\u00fcndliche Untersuchung, Diagnose und Anamnese \u2013 gefolgt von der umfassenden Aufkl\u00e4rung f\u00fcr Sie \u00fcber Art bzw. Verlauf des Eingriffs. Den Termin legen wir w\u00e4hrend der Sprechstunde mit Ihnen fest. Am Tag des Eingriffs k\u00f6nnen Sie alles wie gewohnt unternehmen, also auch z.B. morgens ganz normal fr\u00fchst\u00fccken. Lediglich evtl. blutverd\u00fcnnende Medikamente (z.B. Aspirin) sollten Sie nach Absprache mit Ihrem Hausarzt einige Tage vor der Operation nicht mehr einnehmen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Durchf\u00fchrung<\/strong><br \/>\nDer Eingriff beginnt mit einer \u00f6rtlichen Bet\u00e4ubung durch eine kleine Spritze mit Lokalan\u00e4sthetikum neben das Operationsgebiet oder auch einer \u00f6rtlichen Vereisung. Beim Verdacht auf eine b\u00f6sartige Hautver\u00e4nderung wird eine Entnahme mit ausreichendem Sicherheitsabstand vorgenommen. Das so entnommene Gewebe kommt anschlie\u00dfend zur genauen histologischen Untersuchung und Diagnostizierung.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Hautnaht wenden wir in erster Linie Intrakutan- und Subkutann\u00e4hte an \u2013 damit wird eine st\u00f6rende Quernarbenbildung vermieden. Meistens verwenden wir dazu sogenanntes resorbierendes Nahtmaterial, das sich nach einiger Zeit von selbst aufl\u00f6st. In manchen F\u00e4llen, wenn etwa zus\u00e4tzliche N\u00e4hte erforderlich wurden, werden die F\u00e4den innerhalb 1 bis 2 Wochen nach der Operation von uns gezogen.<br \/>\nZum Verschlie\u00dfen der Wundr\u00e4nder unmittelbar nach dem Eingriff setzen wir auch normale Pflasterstreifen oder Hautkleber ein. Danach k\u00f6nnen Sie wieder wie gewohnt nach Hause, zur Arbeit oder in die Freizeit gehen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
